Can I modify my order?

Please be advised that once payment has been completed on an order, we are unable to make any changes to the order. If payment has not been completed, you may contact us for changes.

Can I make a phone, fax, or in-person order?

No, carriema.com is not able to process any phone, fax, or in-person orders. Only online orders are accepted at this time.

What are the shipping costs and methods for an item?

Simply add the item to your shopping cart, and select your province to check shipping rates anytime!

Refused Shipments

If you decide to refuse any shipments from carriema.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, and any taxes that are incurred on the package.

Do you have minimum order?

We do not have minimum orders. Although we always remind customers that minimum shipping fee will applies.

Do you ship worldwide?

Sam Sam Workshop ships internationally to most countries. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any local taxes or customs fee that might be impose by your country. For further information please see our terms and condition section.

Do you offer wholesale discounts?

We do offer discounts to our customers who buy in bulk. Please contact us for further information.

When will you ship my product?

All orders are shipped within 10 days (excluding weekends/holidays) after the payment is confirmed, unless we need to confirm your shipping details. Please ensure that your shipping details are all correct. We also need your telephone number for every shipment so please include that when placing the order. An email will be sent confirming that the payment has been received. If you did not receive one please check your junk folder or change your spam settings.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail, which includes the tracking number(s) of your package(s), will be sent once your order has been shipped. Depending on the shipping method you have chosen, you can check the status of the tracking number from the courier's website (http://app3.hongkongpost.com/CGI/mt/enquiry.jsp).

You can also track the status of your order on carriema.com by logging in to your account with your e-mail and password.
